Just something I drew for fun. I really have a weak spot for cute dresses,afterall, I ended up splurging a few hundred dollars on them.
Somewhat based off of the TDA Cross Haku design by EndiBell, or rather, almost completely based off the design. I may have drawn the drawing before travelling to dA and reading their rules on the matter, but I am hoping that it only really applies to MMD, and not really hand drawn artwork. Though, maybe I should really contact them about that...
Oh, and also, this is probably non-canon to Winters' personality. She probably would never be caught dead in something that cute and nice.
